Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCR)

Legally binding documents. Would require a majority vote of the members to modify,

and require filing fees with the county if modified. 

All three (3) of these documents make up the current CCR's.

Bylaws

Legally binding documents. Modified by the Board with a majority vote of the board.

Other Applicable County Clerk Filed Documents

Legally binding documents that pertain to FCR or adjacent sections right of ways and easements

Policies

Policies are how the association is carrying out the requirements of the CCR's, Bylaws, or State Law. These are controlled by the board, and can be changed by any boards in the future. They are purely to communicate the intent of how to execute existing requirements.
