Flint Creek Ranch Cluster Owners,
It is that time of year again when we ask you to volunteer to help your community by serving on the board of directors. By signing up, you are volunteering for a 2-year term (Feb 2024 – Feb 2026) to be a representative of the community. Three (3) board member positions will be open for election. Since Spencer Clark and Katrina Kruzich were elected last year, they will remain on the board this coming year to serve their second terms.
If that is a larger obligation than you prefer, there are two committees, one for Architecture Review and one for Roads if you prefer to serve a 1-year term on those instead. The board members are elected by the community, the committee members are then selected by the new board if more apply than open positions.
UPCOMING DATES:
Volunteer Submissions are due January 13, 2024.
Ballots will be sent by Jan 18, 2024.
Ballots will have to be back to the board by Feb 10, 2024, to be counted for the annual meeting.
The Annual meeting will be held on Feb 17, 2024, Saturday, 12:00 PM, via Zoom
